When Nationale-Nederlanden acquired Human Capital Services (HCS), we were asked to re-imagine the brand and it’s digital presence. The brand now has a fresh presence that feels very inclusive with respect for human values. The website is colourful and no-nonsense, with a clear overview of services, strengths & rationale.

Human centered design

The design was based on design-thinking values, taking the user-centric approach. We held several sprints to make design choices and arrive at the best solutions.

Scalable design system

The digital design is built up of small items like icons, styles and elements. These ‘atoms’ are combined to form templates and pages. The result is a reusable, flexible design system that can be used by designers, developers and other creative professionals, and will last for years to come.
